The observing structure is the reconstructed Income House on Buzand str., part of the Old Yerevan district, one of the typical examples of Yerevan architecture of the 20th century. This building, designed by Vasili Mirzoyan, a famous architect of that time, is located in the most central part of Yerevan city and is surrounded by various business centers, attractions, trade centers, and high-class cafes and restaurants.
The planned hotel will be a boutique hotel with a traditional Yerevan design. The hotel will offer 25 hotel rooms. This concept is based on the idea of offering a hotel-house with the breath of Old Yerevan. The whole concept of the hotel (including the name) derives from the fact that the structure is a profitable house in the historic district itself. The emphasis is on local design, reviving the style of the mansions of the noble Armenian families of the 20th century. The interior decoration of the project was helped/inspired by the film “Patvi hamar” (For Honor)
